#2, you apply the code at checkout (click Checkout, not apply). You put the code in after item's in your cart, go through the first two checkout screens and then you'll see it active.

No dice here either. It says the coupon will be applied once you've clicked Checkout, but after confirming your shipping info, the next page shows Total Discounts at $0.
