No, the Bond model that Q made has no need for a computer, dispenses with the silliness of a digital picture frame and instead uses the screen to display the person you're talking to, has built in speaker and microphone, plus wireless properties (so no stinkin' cable required).
Oh, and it's the size of a wristomatoch, which, coincidentally, keeps perfect time and has a built in laser beam!
