Bought a couple of these for my kids last time the deal was posted. They're pretty nice for the money. I've converted a bunch of video with Windows Media Encoded to WMV format (check on line how to do so). Nice sized screen. Also, I've got mine running with 8GB SDHC cards (4GB is not the limit). Game are of the jad/jar variety, but I haven't tried loading more.

Thanks for the tip #1. The kids will love these. Hopefully the batteries are still good in them.

If I jsut wanted to use it for audiobooks, does it remember were it was when shut off?
