Something for that PCI slot, check the History for more comments on this poseur or re-badged Audigy. Then if you're on old mediocre RealTek, might be good for just decent music at this price.

it's an audigy chip doing x-fi sound with software.. not a bad card but not a real x-fi for sure..

How do you specifically spot the difference?
I know in newegg this card is marked with the X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity chipset vs just X-Fi.
