Frame Rate: 30 frames per second (constant frame rate, progressive scan)
Video Bitrate: 8.8Mbps (average - auto adaptive algorithm)
Video Format: H.264 video compression, AAC audio compression, saves as MP4 file
My 720p movies at 24fps are roughly 1gb for 10 mintes. So in VGA mode it might last 120 minutes. In HD,probably more like 80.

I looked at this one and went for the Kodak Zi8 instead. Up to 1080p at 30 fps. However the 720p at 60 fps takes amazing videos. I think it can't be beat for the price and is even cheaper than the Flip offering. My $0.02.

No image stability. Canon SD780IS would be a better value, and take great stills.
