Yup... Good deal, too bad for me. Would pick this combo if they still have any. I Should of take a look at my favroite sites would have pick it up faster, Nice video card and Power supply, I bought a 400 watts a few weeks ago, OCZ carries pretty good stuff, Nice huge and very heavy 5 solid pound weight on my postal scale. This 700watts would be enought for my current built. Phemon II 3.7ghz Oh!. Well!..Maybe this will show up on Cyber Monday??

#8 The 2nd digit indicates the card family and the 5770 is 7 series while the 4870 is the 8 series. The equivalent of this card is the 4770.

#9 in incorrect. The 5770 is quite a bit faster than the 4770. Rather, it is comparable to the 4870 in terms of performance in current games.

No #10 you're misinformed, the 4870 is (suppose to be) in the higher performance class (no pun intended) as S_Klass did indicate.
Look at it from the "release" perspective a 4870 512Mb sold at what $280 when it came out. Today your able to buy the same level of performance in a 5770 for $160 and only with a 128-Bit bus. The X7XX is in ATI speak a "Performance" offering, while when a X8XX is a "High-Performance" part designation and is reincarnated by the 5870 and 256-Bit. Or at least that's how it's suppose work.

Now this is where it gets convoluted some see the intent of the 5770 to take the current product position of a 4870 based on currant price, and agree in that premise being true. But this is where changes in actual released vs. current price is a sticking point. And why I've said even with the new features (ie Dx11, Eyefinity, and power consumption) the 5770 was priced to high. Basiclly AMD let the 4870 drop to low sometime back.

Look at it from the "release" perspective?
Lets instead go back to how you arent being asked in the first place and been proven to be more interested in sounding like a baby poops um. Since you never seem to really ever have the item youre "talking" about and link us or paraphrase someone elses ideas no one listens to you. Your lack of experience is showing again.
