"To qualify for this promotion you must be a legal US and Canada resident." Notice the "and".
I bought this card a couple of weeks ago and submitted my rebate today. I hope I'm not refused due to not having dual USA / Canada citizenship. Some rebate houses are pretty strict about their terms.
