Decent low end card. It hardly pulls any watts for a GPU. If you have a small power supply, of just want to jack up a store bought computer this is a pretty good option.
Not to mention, Gigabyte is one of the more reliable manufacturers out there. It gets pretty good reviews on the egg. Check it out.

How high end? If money is not an option you can go really high end and spend hundreds of dollars, otherwise the 4850 goldenboyfx mentioned is a great choice for under $100.

I haven't seen the Gigabyte 4850 (1GB) for under $100 anywhere.
Lowest price I have seen is $129.

Great card descent price it's been hovering around this for months.
#2 -- It's for those who don't have (or want to deal with the change) a 400W PSU with a 12V+ 26A output that 9600GT/9800GT/4850's require. This does provides descent FPS at low watts.
Sure it's not going to "really game" those latest titles, but will play most decent at low settings. Right now this is the still a good solution for those folk who are 1680x1050 or below.

Guru's review here is good I just think it's a real push to test cards like this at 1920x1200 4xAA; that's just not what cards at this price are made for.

4670 is now a little long in the tooth and with next generation Ceder/Redwood products just around the corner things could change. Although at this level it's not like you'll care you don't have Dx11, so there no real down side to buying this today.

Got this for a Dell stock box that I don't so much game with but did want a good card with out an upgrade to the PSU. It's not like a 9500Gt was any choice! While I wanted to go with a true GSO, but that would have stress the PSU way to much.
Now, I find myself play Enemy Quake Wars and Dawn of War both wonderful at 1680x1050 4xAA. I have my game rig with a Core-216 24" Panel, but sometimes I just don't care to power it up just for a quick fix of Clear Sky, so I just find myself playing something exhilarating for 20min.
