I have one of these and sometimes it works great. Other times I get complaints saying that I am fading in and out. My voice through this Bluetooth headset, I mean. Not me fading in and out of reality or anything extra-dimensional like that.

Plantronics products have always been over-priced, and somewhat awkward, with poor performance, in my experience and humble opinion.
The Jabra BT8010 mono/stereo (BT) is $15 at Newegg, and I trust the Jabra BT more than the Plantronics'.
