I use the Silicon Dust HDHomeRun. It's a bit more expensive than this, but I've never had to worry about complicated driver support.

Awesome card. I use it with Windows Media Center and Comcast cable. Only does un-encrypted channels. For the encrypted channels you have to go through your cable box, or a very expensive ATI Cable Card solution.

I use HDHomeRun as well. I haven't tried the Hauppauge, but had problems with tuner sensitivity on another brand PCI card. Something to consider if using antenna.
