I think the description in Onecall says it upconverts video to 1080p. Not 1080i only.

Who are these guys? Are they an authorized dealer? Anyone bought from Onecall?

OnkyoUSA says it does upconvert to 1080p and i. What it doesn't do that the 807 does, is some fancy shifting of signals from HDMI to component, S-Video, etc.

This is a very nice unit. You can download the manual (which it shares with the Onkyo TX-NR807) from the Onkyo site.

Oh, heck -- as long as NewEgg has the deal on the TX-NR807 for *less* than this, get the 807! It has everything this does, and a bit more.

#2 - if you don't know who OneCall is then you might want to consider why your ID kinda looks like "AV man"...
