Just a quick FYI before you buy this: check your existing laptop adapter for it's wattage. We have two Dell's that have identical-looking AC adapters, although one is 65W and one is 90W. I hooked up the 65W adapter to the laptop that uses the 90W adapter the other day and was greeted with a bubble message in Windows that said something like 'we detect a 65W power source. your system will run with reduced performace and the battery will take longer to charge'. Sure enough, I checked the general system properties tab and our 2.0GHz processor was running at 778MHz.
I have no idea what would happen if I plugged the 90W adapter into the other laptop.... Would it run overclocked and charge the battery a little faster????
