Did you say "new egg reviews are suspiciously positive"?

Newegg reviews are fine, it's zipzoomfly and buy.com that rig their reviews. Quite often I see great reviews on crappy hardware there.

The word is these are never going to hold anything close to 585W constant. With that said if you size close to a 400W total peak load it's said this HEC/Orion will provide acceptable rail tolerances, low ripple and decent over-protection etc; and could be gratifying if you realize its' limits. While other say it at least they feel weighty, which normally can be a good sign, while no real warranty isn't a good sign.

I'm never one to say go cheap on a PSU; So I believe and if you have choices pick something other than this, a good $10-15 this worth spending. While there is plenty worst at this price.
I've used this in several build and have never had an issue for the same price.

I know Rosewill... but the RG's are better than most of their stuff, it's 80+, Active PFC, low noise, I might be willing to give one a try on a system that doesn't tax it too often. It's $15 more but if you run 24/7 it efficiency is worth it in the long run.
