This looks an awful lot like my Microsoft Habu mouse (powered by Razer). My only complaint is the scroll wheel sensitivity - sometimes down scroll results in an up scroll, sometimes scrolling doesn't register at all...
Other than that it's a great mouse.

MX518 is superior, and $40 new from Newegg. Can probably find it cheaper elsewhere.

This mouse has a very nice feel to it, response would probably be identical to any high end gaming mouse. I owned a mx518, g5, and a intelli 0 I liked the intelli 3.0's feel so I recently got a death adder and I thought it was like an intelli 3.0v2 (with a better look, feel, and an extra button). If you like the intelli 3.0 and are looking for another gaming mouse, I would recommend this one.

not sure about razer for mice, hear they are good for gaming. i bought a logitech mx510 refurb for 18 dollars 4 years ago. still kicking and a great comfortable mouse.

I have g9 and works perfect. Razer Death Adder is very nice. I really like the feel of the mouse. it is very comfortable.
