Same thing Newegg was giving away free as a combo special branded as Rosewill with a couple different 1TB HDDs. Not bad, probably worth $20 if you need the convenience of quick swapping drives, but the eSATA and USB version is probably worth a few bucks more if you're paying for it instead of getting it free.
