I recall reading about something similar more than 10 years ago on a computer magazine. The reviewer tried playing a game with it, then strapped it to a potato. The potato did better.

This thing works great, but you have to take the time to train yourself. Also, be in a room with no electronics nearby, other than your computer... you get crazy interference and it can be frustrating.

someone came out with something similiar around 1997 I think, it was around the same price ~$120ish
only difference is it is worn on the tip of your index (or was it middle) finger instead of your head.
I tried playing with it in J&R computer world (NYC) and couldn't get the hang of it.
This OCZ one supposely works much better but it takes time to train yourself with it.
