It comes with an antenna. To watch TV on a computer you need a piece of hardware that receives the signal and a program that takes the signal and displays it on your screen. Most TV Tuners can either be plugged in to an antenna or you can plug your cable TV into it (depending on your cable provider, of course, this won't work with FiOS).

The antenna is junk, pick up a decent one from Monoprice. Otherwise good reviews on Newegg. This is the 600 model without the analog tuner. The 650 has both tuners but the analog tuner is worthless as of 2009 anyways. You can also capture video via composite & s-video. If you have one of the Dazzle USB capture devices this can replace it.
No this doesn't support QAM but most QAM digital feeds are encrypted anyways making this support worthless.

This is POS. I had it worked at first installation. For a reason I don't remember I had to uninstall it and reinstalled again. It then could not see the tuner; the OS see the tuner but the CatalystMC doesn't see the tuner. I emailed customer support. They asked me to install it on another PC, it worked on the second PC so they said it was problem with my first PC. Then same thing happend to the second PC when I uninstalled and reinstalled: CatalystMS does not see the tuner. The support people had no clue, had me run tests for them then silence from them.
DON'T BUY THIS POS
