The rebate is for the video card, not the combo.

I don’t know how this works if this is your starting point, I mean would you pick up a mobo without IGP, like say a 770 which there are several now about $60. So this combo for 130 + 60 = $190.
Egg has the CPU/Mobo combo and the Antec Case/PSU combo and all for $186…delivered and NO Rebates!
You won’t be missing any real world Graphic prowess between an 4650 and the AMD on-board solution the 785G HD 4200 has. Except maybe less power no extra fan for 785G.
