You can buy an MSI HD4350 512MB for $35 before a $10 rebate ($25 after rebate) and free shipping. 80 stream processors vs. 40 on the HD3450. Still super low-end, but not as low-end as Ben's Hot Deal:

Gee dave_c that time of the month... what would you suggest a GeForce 210 for twice the price. Rolling Eyes
Should have called it a B210... but that would be a diss'n Datsun!

#4 -- leo the same people who think 8400GS (*coughGT210*cough) are ground breaking technology... But not at this price it isn't a great deal.

Here’s some to mull over there are (2) PCI-E 3450's listed on egg and going $30-35. While there are (26) PCI-E 8400GS on egg and they range from $20 (-AR $15) on up to $70 and higher for some strange configurations. The 3450 released 1-23-08, while the GS 6-19-07, at least the ATI's card is on EoL status; while in dog year they’re both old. In the graphics card time-line the GS was relinquished to garage sale fodder... and old when McCain started to sweep some of those Super Tuesday primaries.
