Seriously, please read about the Niacin, also in some cholesterol meds.
For some people, like me, doesn't feel prickly at all, more like a whole body chemical burn and you turn red like a steamed lobster and think about heading off to the hospital.
Here's the part I found funny from their site:

Outperformed a placebo! A free slap in the face will do that.

They should make the container green colored then Obama could offer some kind of government rebate program for these.
Placebos perform particularly well in many studies. Too bad about the side effects

Go to the dollar store. They have the generic brand for (wait for it) a dollar. Or just double up on the B-vitamins and buy a bottle of caffeine pills.
