Ends at 6PM PDT. PennyWise has the 12-Pack Noma 750mAh AAA 1.2V NiMH Rechargeable Batteries (Bulk) $10 - $1 off with coupon code pennyben1 + $0.01 shipping = $9 shipped. No memory affect allows for recharging any time.
Never tried these, might be decent if you don't need LSD cells or might not but at least the price is right, you'd pay close to 3X as much for Eneloops which is all I ever buy these days.
Generics usually self discharge faster than name brands of the same capacity. Higher capacity (in same form factor) usually makes NiMH self discharge faster too. So while I'd expect a high self discharge rate, it may be better than some due to being only 750mAH (or it could just be really old stock).
This pic shows them at 800mAH in 2006 (was linked in a 2006 forum topic, 2nd link) so they probably are pretty old stock OR Noma might just rebrand from more than one manufacturer to explain the lower capacity.
EDIT: I misread the linked topic, it seems their fast charge type AAA had 800mAH in 2006 and their regular charge rate AAA had 750mAH. That is a bit odd as higher charge rate cells usually have a slightly lower capacity but nevertheless I was wrong above about same cells being 800mAH in '06. </EDIT>
You might find more detailed info from tests, one of the best place to find battery tests for misc cells is candlepowerforums.com but if they are relabeling more than one brand as Noma, the more appropriate data would come from tests of the 750mAH version. https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Acandlepowerforums.com+Noma+NiMH
