No NIMH batteries have the memory effect.
It did exist in really old NICd batteries, decades ago.
I think the cadmium in Imaginary Ben's wireless mouse batteries has affected his memory.
NiMH can benefit from a different sort of conditioning, though. They don't really begin to show their nominal capacity until they've been through a few cycles, charged to full and then discharged to 1vpc or so.
Don't just charge these and expect them to perform well. Use the heck out of 'em for a while first!
Note, though, that 750mAh is pretty low capacity for a traditional NiMH AAA. I'd expect that capacity if these were hybrids (low self-discharge), but they're not. So they're probably new old stock, or subpar quality, and might need some TLC to get 'em into working order. I'd also expect a few of the lot to be runts, so you should own an analyzer that'll let you tell the good ones from the bad ones and get your money's worth out of this deal.

750 mAh? This is either a misprint or these are really low capaciity rechargeables.
