Shop4Tech has the Tenergy Centura AA Low Self-Discharge (LSD) 2000MAH NiMH Rechargeable Batteries (12 pack) for $22 - 15% off with coupon code DS15 [Exp 3/6] = $18 with free shipping. Features a very slow self discharge, maintains 85% residual capacity, and can be reused up to 1000 times.
I bought some tenergies, but they weren't the slow discharge kind, they were a blue-ish green color. Basically, they suck. They go dead after sitting on the shelf for a week and they only power my camera 1/2 as long as eneloops. They are tempting for the price but unless these slow discharge ones are better than the regular tenergies, I wouldn't bother.
Code seems to work for other batteries too -- just ordered 8 AAA batteries (different size and quantity from Ben's description). Maybe it works for other stuff on the site....?
I did brought Tenergy "Ready to use rechargeable battery". Mine are labeled 2300mAH but my Lacrosse BC900 charger tested them to be around 1800-2000mAH and they are pretty good batteries. I will say I did not noticed any difference between them and my Eneloop 1800mAH AAs. The Tenergy are true LSD. I tested them after a month and it is still around 1.38v. I will buy Tenergy again if they are on sale. I brought my AA for about $1.2 each and the AAA are around $0.8 (a bunch with shipping).
Forgot to mentioned that I brought them from Shop4tech as well.
Has anyone bought these Tenergy batteries ? or Know anything about them ?
Will the use of a rapid 2hour charger harm them ?
they are midgrade cells which should hold up fine to 2 hour charging.
LSD batteries are a trip.
thanks

I hope so

Their regular NiMH are much worse than their LSD, but again, mid-grade, not top shelf like Eneloops.
