Well, #1, as someone else explained to me there's all kinds of interference everywhere with wireless devices, so the range is really cut into a forth of what it should be.
Or maybe it's made for giant batcave home theater htpcs, I dunno

Good price and good reviews. I wonder about battery life and the mouse looks small. Also, this is the company that made the "Superman Returns" mice that had the side buttons reversed compared to Logitech's.
