I have Canon MX300 for more than an year. It prints well, even letter size photos. Cartridges are expensive, but you have no choice.

I got the Canon Pixma MP460 for 2+ years, works great. As mentioned biggest drawback are the pricey cartridges (no surprise), but you can find knockoffs for less than half the canon price.
