I have the bag and I take it with me on the subway every morning. It's very handy to have the two cup holders. I use one for my coffee (spill proof cup) and the other for an umbrella.
The bad: no small pouch for small things like an iPod nano; The shoulder strap isn't that comfy and it's not interchangible.

Yuck, too much mesh for me. I find that stuff catches to everything and rips in a very short time.
