The ebillme part is a coupon code and then you have a rebate through Asus. I've never used ebillme but whenever there is a deal posted with it everybody complains about them. As long as you get the rebate then it's still a decent deal at $455.

the rebate is just for the $15 dollars which is a small rebate

#4, the rebate is $100 through Asus. The $15 is a discount you get by using the ebillme system to pay for the laptop.
