No, it's 10 minutes. This is minaturized to make you look like a moron if you drive it. That's why the 10 minute limit. It is a gag thing.

If it didn't look ghey you could just swap in a good Li-Ion pack in place of (what is probably) it's current SLA battery, up the voltage a bit and tweak it. Then again, you can do that to better scooters too so why bother with this one?
