300w power supply (can't run much of a video card on that)and all the bloatware that HP is famous for ??
    PASS !!
I have had a couple Dell refurbs (XPS 630 and 430) for around the same price and specs (much bigger power supply though)and after running PC decrapifier they seem to run well / Dell has a "as new " warranty on their refubs also - If thats what you're looking for / still your better off building your own

is this new or reburbished? why would HP put a small power supple for a core2 quad system?

#2... I have this PC running with a EVGA 260 core 216 running perfectly fine. I even did a burn in test for 24 hrs, no crash.
