I will never buy another Acer/Gateway (same company) ever again due to an experience I had with them on a brand new laptop that was defective. Long story short I am out $95 out of pocket because they do not fully back up their crap. Beware if you have a problem, they will try to trade you the "next highest model number" even though it has weaker components.

bought the hp g-550 for 400.00 better deal same price larger hd, more memory. this no bargin.
