Not a bad price in my opinion...would make a decent gift for a relative.

PRO: $9

CON: Chrome plated means expect rust sooner than later. Probably soft metal meaning if you use the ratchet as a hammer expect dramatic damage and nice sharp spurs.

Would use it for stuff at home. On the road Craftsman or Snap-On.
