Doesn't the "Deals" link in the Navigation section to the right remove rebate deals?

Verbatim rebates have always arrived quickly for me in the past. However, I don't like this new trend of issuing rebates in gift card form. A deal breaker for me.

Great media - no coasters - but I'm not crazy about the gift card rebate thing either.

I wonder if CDs and/or DVDs are going to be free AR during Black Friday

FYI, I have never had a problem with rebates or Verbatim before, but I have been getting the run around with my last Verbatim rebate submission that is being processed through rebateteshq. Word of warning.

#5 Yes, but you have to troll all the ADS to find it. usually only the 25,30 if lucky 50 pack free A/R. Most 100 will cost 8 to 10 bucks A/R..

Great media, but gift cards do kind of suck. Still they are better than food stamps.

Not worth the wait on the rebate. I'd rather just eat the extra $4 and go Newegg for DVD+Rs.

I'm with #3. Merchants are hoping people will forget about the cards until they expire...I have forgotten about gift cards myself, but who doesn't deposit a check shortly after receiving it?

Rebates kill the deal.. Average price is 23.99 time to time everywhere..
