NexFan.com has the 120mm Yate Loon D12SH-12 PC Case Cooling Fan in Black for $4 each + shipping. Buy two and get a third free. It pumps out at 88 CFM, all the while assaulting your ears with a noise rating of 40 dB(A). Shipping starts at $5. [BizRate]
Previous orders from NexFan.com has been pretty fulfilling, in term of delivery speed. I suppose its because I live not far from their shipping warehouse. However my most recent purchase from NexFan has been disappointing. It literally took them three weeks just to ship out some case fans and sata wires i ordered.
The ultra-quiet Nexus Real Silent fans are based on this Yate Loon design, but they spin at a fraction of the RPM. If you have a fan controller or other means to undervolt your fans, this specific brand of fan isn't a bad choice.
Personally I would go with the medium speed version instead of this one, and from another source. I can get the D12SM-12s from a place like Jab-Tech for $3/ea.
A co-worker of mine ordered from Nexfan over a month ago. They don't respond to email and they charged his credit card but never shipped his order. Until proven otherwise, this is not a company to be trusted. I once again question why ben keeps posting deals for this company when its obvious that they are not a reputable company.
Warning. Nexfan takes your money and does NOT ship the merchandise. NexFan does NOT respond to requests for order status or a refund. Nexfan sucks.
#1 works for NexFan. Don't trust him.
google "acct" and you'll see he works for NexFan, what a tool.
