these guys are not reliable, read posts from the past on customer service.

I have bought numerous items from Meritline, maybe 50 items in 3 years, with nary a complaint.

PS: the $2.49 'rhinestone pearl' earrings are really really nice (honest). Perfect for children (or less-discerning girlfriends).

"Meritline 6-in-1 Multi-tool Stainless Steel Pocket Plier", for those interested. You're not going to get a pocket.

Oh, and Meritline has delivered everything I've ever ordered from them. Some items are shipped from Hong Kong, so take a little longer, but they get there.

But, like with any store, you get what you pay for. If you're willing to take a chance on $4 for the above item, and it's a piece of S**T, don't blame anyone but yourself.

#3, it's amusing that it's $4 for 1 Multi-tool and $9 if you order the 2 pack.

I've ordered from Meritline with stuff coming from Hong Kong and it never showed up. Meritline credited my Visa back after only one email but it's a good thing I wasn't in a hurry for what I ordered.

Third that! I've had several things not show up and NO response to emails. I will never buy from these clowns again, not matter how good their deals are.

Not much of a deal if they get your money and you get... well, nothing.
