It looks like a decent price for a Core 2 Quad even if it is a Gateway. As an IT professional I learned to despise their customer service department.

its only $399.99 with shipping running under $20. It does qualify for free windows 7 upgrade on Gateway's website. I though about picking one up, but the graphics are to weak.

I have had very few Gateways with bad hardware and I have worked on pc's quite often over the years.
Any IT person would despise any tech support so thats not a very good point.
