I can't get to a screen that will let me enter the Code. It will only let me subscribe to the Hotsheet. Maybe I have to receive a Hotsheet e-mail first?

Crap model, returned it twice. The audio keeps cutting out like someone is disconnecting the speaker. The firmware update didn't solve the problem for me on either unit.
