Yeah this deal is dead, showing up for a whopping $359.99 for me too.
You know it's a bad deal when their refurb price more than doubles Apples new price.

All they have now is the $165.99 (8GB), which is fairly bad considering it is a refurbished 1st generation and the refurbished 2nd generation on the apple site is $149.00. Go with the apple site.

Refurbished could mean many things, battery, return, touch screen unresponsive, functions not working, etc... If they give you a warranty for 3 months, then most likely any problems would show up before then.

The 3G phone really isn't too bad of a deal if you can unlock it. It doesn't seem to come with a contract requirement which is a big bonus!

just get a creative mp3 player or some descent its will worth the price cut as it does pretty much all you really need. you don't need fancy touch screen to showoff to the people. I don't ppl really give a rat's but anyway.
