You can get it delivered to a store near you for free! You get an email notice when it arrives.

I'm in here for two toys (Brother P-Touch 1290 Home and Office Labeler = $9.99 & Targus 208-CD/DVD Album = $9.9
for under $20 and free shipped to the local store 1.5 miles away.
I think I'm going to dive back in for the little UPS at $20.

Ref #4. No dice on the buy online & local pickup for out-of-stock. And they won't match Amazon's $25 price for the 550VA model. So... I'm off to Amazon.

Ref #6: If you buy the 550va version from Amazon for $24.99, you can add a pack of pens for about $2 to get free shipping. Make sure you choose pens that are eligible for free shipping. I bought it there and got free two-day shipping by entering a trial shipping option that I will have to cancel next week.
