Does anyone have experience with the HannsG TV's? Costco has $100 off on the 28" HannsG 1080P TV with the same 3 ms response and 1900 X 1200 ($300). Would the TV work as well as the HannsG 28" monitor for the computer or would I be better off just getting the monitor? The monitor at Costco is out of stock right now however.

#2, at the same resolution you could use the TV as a monitor but due to the larger pixel pitch it will not be as smooth. Up to you, TVs are generally meant to be used from further away. For a computer, personally at a $300 budget I'd get a nicer 24" rather than either choice mentioned.
