In store pickup only and it's sold out everywhere within 100 miles of me.

No 6 cell, no bluetooth. Otherwise ok. Windows 7 Starter is junk anyways, you are better off with XP Home.

My wife got this for me at Target, I like it a lot. It was on sale for $199 and came with a free case. This is good deal too if you have store close by. Office Max had this sucker for $149 yesterday, WOW that was extra good deal ey? I agree windows XP is better for this little sucker. Also, make sure to uninstall google desktop, because it WILL slooooow it down big time.

#5 I'm in the same boat as you. I tried to work the Officemax deal but the $149 price never came. Glad I hedge my bet with the Target deal. 6-cell upgrade may be in my future. So far I'm impressed with this little netbook.

#8 wow really? I have no problems browsing, image editing or whatever on my netbook. Then again I am running linux, So windows might be your problem there.
So a faster cpu means faster download speeds? I dont think so. And in the case you mentioned, buy a laptop instead, you cant compare a netbook to a laptop.
Dual boot this with Xp and Linux and you might just have a nice netbook.

Agree with #9. Linux runs really spiffy on these netbooks. Ditch msft.
#8, the benefit of the netbook is size and convenience. If you want more (like a big processor, disk space, optical media, etc, then go get a full laptop. Two different profiles for two different purposes.
