Not a well designed LED light due to it's weight. They should design it with s stand, but will cost more on S/H.

$3.49 is not really attractive price-- pass..
I agree with #4, and would add you can get a low power (USB) bright LED light in a stand format that also includes a fan (for the days it's hot but you don't want a full size fan) and are separately switched so you can use either or both for the tidy sum of around $7 if you shop. I don't remember where mine came from (maybe Meritline or Newegg), but it has 12 bright LEDs, and a fan that is functional. No desk light needed, and no full size fans either.
