Microcenter has a 1TB Hitachi for $70 w/o rebate, but local only.. so drink up the sake..

That is preety much more than everyday price nowadays. Besides it looks like consensus is that HDD prices will go down over the next few months. I am holding until 2TB hits $100 level.

Couple days ago there was a 1TB drive with 32MB cache with the thermaltake SATA dock for $75 shipped no rebate. Those deals spring up every few weeks.

I will have to take a space shuttle to do local pick up. Last time I checked the price is more than $6.

As compared to pickup from local Microcenter store,this price may be better for people living in high sales Tax areas.

Being sold for $63.21 at Amazon.com - cheaper than Microcenter ($69.99)
Read the reviews at Amazon carefully before deciding. Reviews are not so good.
