    HD cables for Wii? Huh?
    Must be magic involved.

Not sure how they get that it's HD, since the component output of the Wii is 480p and High Definition is 720p or higher ...

Not a bad deal, I have one from monopricedotcom and admittedly, the output on the TV looks much better than with the composite cable that comes with the Wii.

Well, component cables will always look better than composite and display 480p images better. That being said, it's not exactly HD, is it?

    220, 221...whatever it takes.

    No mention of cable lenght.
Anyone know how long the cable is?

You can use component cables for hd 480/720 whatever.. you can even get the hd signal with coaxial cable.

    Read up.. learn a little..

but no the wii will not output anything hight then 480

Do component cables really make it better for Wii?
If so, I would get it.

Thank you #3, that's what I said. It looks better over component than the crappy composite cable.

#5, mine was at least 6 feet long, not terribly short. The picture looks the same, although mine was purchased from another retailer.

#6, I suggest you take your own advice and read up for yourself. 480p is NOT considered high definition and I'm not sure where your "lesson" on component cables and max output of the Wii was coming from. Everyone else appeared to know what they were talking about before you chimed in?

#7 - Yes, it looks better in 480p over a component cable, than with the crappy composite cable, although it's not a huge difference, it is noticeably better for only $5.

    Thanks #8. I bought it.

I bought this cable one month ago. This cable works great...except when you have interference source nearby: The TV screen will get black when your refrigerator is working. Really disappointed...

I ordered a monster cable days ago. Hope it will not be the same like this one.

I don't think that this is really a deal, since you can buy the same cable on ebay, using "buy it now" for $5.00 or less any day. I just checked and there's a whole lot of them available there.

I bought an extra cable like this so I can move the Wii back and forth between 2 tv's without having to reach behind or pull out the one tv from its shelf. Very convenient. So I just have to move the power and sensor bar to use the Wii on 2 tv's
