I bought this last year and the crock of shite fell apart (literally, split in half) before I rode with it on the bike for the first time. It would not stay together, except with duct tape. It wasn't worth my time sending back, so it went straight in the trash.
^ I would've just superglued it.
That's what I figured.
^ Or taken a picture and demanded either a refund or replacement without shipping it back on my dime/time if it looked like gluing wouldn't work out.
