I have used this product, works realy well with Skype. Great when you are in a location where you don't have Cell service. High speed internet required for VOIP.

Does this include the speakerphone and the handset phone pictured? Everywhere else I looked for the USR9610 model (including the US Robotics homepage), it's just the speakerphone.
