It is 25% off. I tested it by putting this clearance bike in the cart, applying coupon and it took $100 off $400... if it is really free shipping for $150 or more even on "overweight" items (Or bikes aren't "overweight" since they're typically under 50 lbs total) this is one example of a good deal for $300 delivered #1. It doesn't cost a buck 45 like a walmart bike, but compare specs to local bike shop bikes and you will save money (having to assemble and adjust it yourself though...)
