Kohls always has 15% off, they are very good at their deceptive prices. Everything is list value, but marked way down, and then with 15-30% additional off, you feel like you got a great deal.
And maybe you have, just fall into the trap of thinking you need to use those 15-30% or your lose out, they always have that marked down.
Big deal, they always have 15% of their inflated prices.
My two cents... clothes I've bought there have been horrible. Shirts that fall apart within the first 6 months... get what ya pay for.

30% ...but only if available on the website. During last Christmas shopping season they sent me a 30% off coupon. EVERYTHING I had my eye on before mysteriously disappeared on their website (ie, Ninja blender, bread machines, etc...). Then, the day after my coupon expired (Christmas Day), EVERYTHING was fantastically back in stock...on Christmas Day no less. Imagine that...restocking on Christmas! Totally bogus business model. Give you 30% off the crap they can't sell otherwise and make unavailable stuff you want.
It's no wonder I only shop there once every year or so.
15% off, no deal. You can hope to occasionally get the 30% off coupon on their catalog.
