Yep, avoid. I bought a large package of various batteries from them a while back. Some of the batteries were already half dead. Some of the batteries did leak in more than one of my devices. I got a letter from them that their data was hacked and that everyone who bought something from them had their credit card information stolen. I ignored the notice. 2 months later fraudulent charges appeared on my credit card, and I hadn't used that particular card since I had purchased from batteries.com. There is nothing good about buying anything from their site.
Avoid this awful vendor. I had same experience as #4, both in terms of dead and leaking batteries, and getting our credit card numbers stolen. #5, costco is actually a good source of good, cheap batteries.
PASS!!!
Again....Batteries.com is CRAP. Leaking, dead batteries and no response to refunds.
They are kind of pricey as well!

Anyone know of a good place to get cheap batteries?
