This is way better than PayPal's usual 1.5% cashback on debit card purchases. I wonder if they stack, I'll do a test and see.

I just made an order using Paypal. The first screen said that it was eligible for 15% cash back but , when I paid it was the full amount. Am I going to get the 15% back?

Don't know if it's worth it now - if you don't get the rebate (which you probably won't by now), then they'll have already shipped by the 17th. Then you'll have eaten it. A very risky proposition for 15% off. For all we know, the paypal fund could have been $75.

I'd just do this if you already had planned on purchasing something and are willing to take the risk. I'm not.
