Agree - the Mio C310x is the deal of the month with SiRF at $200.

Skip the Voya 350, it has been replaced by the Voya 320 and the reviews are much better for the 320. You might have to go to the Averatec website, but at $300 for the 320, it is a great deal.
The 320 has a new Samsung SiRF if my memory is correct.
